Digital Sound Factory was founded in 2007 by Timothy Swartz and specializes in detailed studio recordings of real instruments, mapped and processed for modern sample-based production. The company holds an exclusive license with E-mu Systems to remaster classic E-mu sound libraries, dating back to 1971, for use in today's software formats. Their catalog is used across modern music, television, film, and advertising production.
