Refund policy

DragOn Software Refunds

You can request a refund for DragOn software within 7 days of your original purchase date, provided you have made a genuine, good-faith effort to evaluate DragOn.

Before a refund is considered, please contact support@dragonsampler.com about any technical issues, installation problems or usage questions, and give us a reasonable chance to help.

Refunds are available only for purchases made directly through dragonsampler.com, are limited to one per customer, and do not apply to short-term, temporary or project-based use. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where misuse or abuse of this policy is suspected.

When a refund is issued, the associated license is revoked and the software may no longer be used.

Sound Libraries

All sound library sales are final. This includes DragOn libraries and third-party libraries. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on sound libraries. Once a library has been downloaded or accessed by any means, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.

European Union customers

By downloading or accessing a digital product, you agree that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that product.
